Queen's Domain Demo: Length, Achievements and Saves
The demo is a separate free Steam app, released 4 December 2025. It stops after the first boss and the shop. It has five achievements. Several players report that the save does not carry into the full game, and that the starting area changed for release. No hour count is published.

What the slice contains
Treat the demo as the beach, the first dungeon, the shrine, and the shop. It is not the island. Who Cooked This? is a demo achievement name. The full game's 53-achievement list does not repeat that name, even though the meal still exists in the release.
Players who compared both builds say enemy placement and a few secret spots in the opening changed. I would not plan a release route from demo memory alone.
