Pandora's Blade
Pandora's Blade is a secret sword in the first dungeon. In the room with the Endu Shrine Gate Key, interact with the false wall on the right, near the broken pedestal and shrubs. It starts at Power 5, weaker than the Rusted Short Sword's 7, and it is the only documented weapon with a level cap of 100.

Why the weak start is the point
Power 5 loses to the sword Ekonta just handed you. If you equip Pandora for the shrine guardian, you are choosing a project over the fight in front of you. The two Pandora guides agree on that gap and on the ceiling: level 100, no evolution into a named second sword. What they do not print is the Power or the damage at level 100. I am not estimating it from the 3 percent rule on the evolution page, because that rule was written for the level-10 track.
The move set is the Rusted Short Sword's lunging stab, plus a ground dash the weapons guide says you can repeat. That dash is one source. It is the reason some players keep Pandora on a second melee slot even while it is numerically behind: the dash covers a step the short sword does not. It is still not the Holy Sword's air dash. Do not sell Endu because Pandora feels mobile on the ground.
How people miss the wall
The key is on the shrine, so the room feels finished. The wall is to the right of that shrine, by a broken pedestal and some shrubs. The prompt is an interact, the same bright reticle other false walls use. Attacking the wall is the miss. Another miss is searching behind the shrine guardian, which is a later room. A JoJo joke is attached to the find in both guides. They do not quote the line, so I am not inventing the reference.
Feeding the sword is use, plus Spirit Oil if you trust the single discussion that names the oil. High-experience enemies are a suggestion I will not turn into a farming route, because no guide published a spawn with a number. Carry it when you can spare a melee slot. Ignore it if you only want the level-10 evolutions, which are a different track and will outdamage Pandora for a long time.
FAQ
Is it required?
No guide lists it as a gate. It is a long-term slash weapon, not a key.
What is the level 100 damage?
No public figure. The cell stays empty.
