How to Jump Ledges and Wind Dash

A normal jump is only a normal jump. Long gaps need the Holy Sword's wind dash, which you get by beating the Shrine Guardian. Each of the five Wind Gems adds one air dash. The Storm Gem adds an ultimate charge. Hold the dash after a jump to chain them. The Cestus uppercut works as a stand-in second jump.

The input

Jump, then hold the dash. A second gem means a second dash in the air, not a longer single burst. You cannot dash or throw while a charge is winding up, which is the starter guide's constraint and only one source for the input lock. If a ledge still wins, you are short a gem, not a hidden run button.

The fifth gem is the soft spot. Two write-ups agree there are five gems and that the fifth is late, around the Ancient World, and neither one plants it on a named pedestal. I am not drawing a dot for it on the schematic map. The '10 dash' line is a guide title about Akunra at Puwema after eight Sipeha seals. I have not seen that number in a menu description, so it stays a one-source claim.

FAQ

I can jump but not cross the gap.

You need the Holy Sword first, then at least one Wind Gem. The sword is the Shrine Guardian's drop.

Is the Cestus required?

No. It is an optional uppercut that one weapons guide treats as a second jump.
